I suppose I should have installed the pivot blocks on the CB trunk before I glued them together so I could have also screwed through the CB panel and into the blocks. Since I didn't do that I'm glueing both the blocks to the CB trunk here. There wasn't a way to use a clamp so I put a long board on either side of the trunk and clamped them together fore and aft. I think the threaded PVC pipe will also help to hole the blocks to the panels.
