Notches complete, you can't see that I had to shim most of the notches and had to use a windlass on two of the forms. I fit the sides first, then I loosened the bow end and epoxied and nailed, then I losened the stern end (below) applied epoxy and nailed. I would use bronze screws instead of nails if I did this again. Nails hold great, but I had to set them which caused them to go through the chines. Then I had to grind off the end of all the nails. Note that the notches at chines and keelson have plastic under them for easy release.
